Step 1: Choose the Right Carrier Oil
The carrier oil is the base for preparing different hair tonics, serums, and herbal oils. Choose based on your hair type:

1. Grey Hair Remedy
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp dried or fresh amla pieces (or amla powder)
- 10–15 fresh curry leaves
Method:
- Heat coconut oil on low flame.
- Add amla and curry leaves. Cook until amla darkens and curry leaves turn crisp.
- Cool, strain, and store in a bottle.
- Massage into scalp 2–3 times/week. Leave overnight or for 1 hour.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 small onion (chopped or grated)
Method:
- Heat coconut oil and add onion.
- Cook until golden brown.
- Cool, strain, and store.

Ingredients:

6. Dry Hair Remedy
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp argan oil or a few drops vitamin E oil
Method:
- Warm coconut oil, mix with argan/vitamin E oil.

7. Hair Breakage Treatment
Steps:
- Massage warm coconut oil into scalp and hair.
- Leave for 1–2 hours.
- Rinse with water, then shampoo.
- After shampooing, rinse with fermented or fresh rice water.
- Leave for 5–10 minutes, then rinse or leave in.
